Coromandel International Limited has informed the stock exchanges that it has entered into a shareholders agreement with Group Chimique Tunisien, Tunisia, and Gujarat State Fertilisers Corporation for the proposed joint venture company to be set up at Tunisia for the manufacture of phosphoric acid.
The Coromandel board, at its meeting held on July 18, had approved the investment of up to 15 per cent equity in the proposed joint venture. The company is participating in the equity of Tunisian venture along with Group Chimique and Gujarat State Fertilisers.
