This Company has a Plant at Ankaleswar, Gujarat for manufacture of Technical Grade Crop Protection Products. Coromandel has made a public announcement to the shareholders of Ficom for acquiring further 24% of equity of FIcom under SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 1997.
