Board of Directors meeting for Q4 financial results and dividend recommendations

A meeting of Board of Directors of the Company which was scheduled to be held on Friday, May 09, 2014 is rescheduled and will now be held on Monday, May 12, 2014, inter alia to consider and approve following matters:

a) Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended 31st March, 2014

b) Recommendation of dividend, if any, for the financial year 2013-14.
